TERMS OF SERVICE

At INŌVA, we have worked very hard to provide the best service we possibly can, all we ask is that you comply with our policies, terms of business and our staff. 

Service & Location Requirements 

- INŌVA Detailing is a fully mobile service, bringing professional vehicle care directly to your home or workplace.

- We require a safe and accessible power source via an extension lead.

- For insurance, staff, and vehicle safety, we cannot work on:

  • Main roads, high-traffic areas, or tight/narrow streets.

  • Pay-and-display car parks.

- If your location falls under these restrictions, please contact us before booking—we always have alternative solutions to accommodate you!

Booking & Deposit Policy

  • All bookings require a deposit to be secured, paid directly via bank transfer to INŌVA Detailing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and vary depending on location, service package, and vehicle condition.

  • You may transfer your booking to another person within 48 hours of your appointment, as long as the new location meets all our terms and conditions. 

Cancellations & Unforeseen Circumstances

  • While we strive to keep every booking, certain factors beyond our control (traffic delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events) may require us to reschedule within 14 days. If we cannot accommodate within this timeframe, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. 

Additional Charges

  • If your vehicle’s interior contains excessive mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or blood, additional charges will apply.

  • We strongly recommend sending photos before booking so we can provide an accurate estimate. If no prior assessment is made, pricing will be determined on the day before work begins.​​ 

Agreement & Responsibility

  • Upon booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

  • If any of the conditions above affect your booking, full charges may still apply.

  • An invoice will be sent to the address and email provided during booking. Non-payment will result in legal action.

  • A missed booking means lost wages—we cannot accommodate unpaid cancellations under any circumstances.
